A Conversation With My Soul

One night,I was just lying on my bed & thinking about random stuffs when suddenly I heard a voice,"Hello Rafaa, Im your soul !!!"

Me(feeling vulnerable): Where are you? I can't see you.

Soul: You can't see me, u only feel me. You & me are like two different streams from the same source and finally surrendering into the same mighty ocean.

Me: What source are you talking about?

Soul: The same source from where I as energy and you as matter. originated. I came from cosmos and you are my matter. You need me as much as I need you.

Me: I dont need you. Why am I even listening to you?

Soul: Start listening to me, we will sail in the same boat with utmost pleasure. If you don't, then you will be at pain always. Confronting me will lead you nowhere. You will start doing all the blunders and then start blaming others.

Me: What you say is not completely illogical but I can't trust you as I can't see you.

Soul: You can't see air but still can't live without it. Then why this discrimination against me. I am energy & you have to feel me.

Me: You sound very arrogant & stubborn.

Soul: I am not arrogant. You have made me submissive. Whenever I try to revive myself, you don't allow me.

Me: Go away !!! Let me be in peace.

Soul: It is you who fight with me and now you are only asking for peace? You are one delusional being.

Me: Why are you bothering me?

Soul: Because I am your true true friend. Your conscious mind never allows the subconscious(myself) to prevail.

Me: Who is the subconscious mind?

Soul: I am subconscious mind and am lying dead inside your conscious mind. Let me wake up and I will be your friend for life and will never leave you and support you always.

Me: What name I can give you?

Soul: I don't have any name . Just close your eyes and feel my presence. I am always ready with answers even for the most difficult of your questions.

Then the voice stopped & I was left wondering over what had just transpired.
